Job Description

eReleGo is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1–4 years of experience to join our Customer Service and Product Support team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working closely with clients, understanding ERP-based technology products, and contributing to product and revenue growth through insights and solution-oriented thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Client Support
    • Act as a key point of contact for existing clients, addressing functional and process-related queries.
    • Provide timely and effective resolution to client issues related to ERP systems.
  • User Training & On boarding
    • Conduct structured on boarding sessions and in-depth training for new and existing users.
    • Create and update user guides, training materials, and documentation for different user levels.
  • ERP System Optimization
    • Collaborate with the development and product teams to translate client requirements into functional specifications.
    • Support implementation of enhancements, customizations, and feature updates based on client feedback.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
    • Proactively collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement
    • Prepare functional requirement documents (FRDs), process flows, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
    • Assist in improving internal processes and support workflows.
  • Sales & Revenue Support
    • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to support renewals and new business leads from current customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
    • 1–4 years of experience in ERP support, business analysis, client servicing, or pre-sales roles, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or software solutions.
  • Technical & Functional Skills:
    • Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
    • Basic understanding of SQL and data analytics.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Analytical mind set with problem-solving ability.
    • Customer-centric approach and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
