This position is ideal for someone who has a keen sense of customer service, is willing to understand technology products, and is willing to roll his/her sleeves and get hands dirty.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Advanced client support
• in-depth user training and onboarding. - Training programs and documentation for skill levels for users.
• Erp system optimization – collaborating with the developing team to implement customer features as needed.
• Client Relationship management - long-term relationship with client and proactively gathering feedback to drive product enhancement.
• Documentation and Learning
• Sales and revenue growth: identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and following up with existing clients to generate new business leads.

 

Qualifications: -

• Experience: 0 - 1 years in ERP support, sales, or client service, ideally within EdTech or software solutions.
• Technical Knowledge: - Advanced Excel, Basic knowledge of - SQL, Agile concepts, data analytics, and Figma.
