Job Description

Job Title: IT Recruiter – SaaS & Enterprise Sales

Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore Work Mode: WFO Job Type: Full-time

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring for SaaS and Enterprise Sales roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment using Zoho Recruit, with a strong sense of self-ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Specialize in hiring for SaaS-based tech roles and Enterprise Sales profiles.
  • Use software like Redyhire, Zoho, and other job portals, candidate tracking, and reporting.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, showing strong self-drive and initiative.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and refine hiring strategy.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in SaaS/Enterprise Sales hiring.
  • Strong command of recruitment tools, particularly Zoho Recruit.
  • Excellent sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • High level of self-ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
